1.1 – For the afloat parking of LOCAL boats, in anual parking regime, there are due the following taxes:<\/p>\n

1.6 – \u00a0For the afloat parking of\u00a0LOCAL\u00a0boats\u00a0in temporary regime the daily tax will be applied of:<\/p>\n

1.8 –\u00a0For the afloat parking of boats\u00a0tituled by\u00a0OFICIAL ENTITIES, will be applied the tax:<\/p>\n
Montha)\u00a0Tax for utilization of the Marina16,12 \u20ac2 \u2013 TAXES\u00a0OF USE OF THE WAIT\u00a0WARFThe wait wharf is for supplying and control of entrance or exit of the foreign boats (visiting).When available it can be used for other purposes by the payment of taxes.<\/p>\n
2.1 –\u00a0The use of the Wait Wharf for Maritime Tourist or Commercial boats without place in the Marina of Funchal, for entrance or exit of passengers, they will be charged by each maneuver of docking the following taxes:<\/p>\n

VHF – Ch 16 – 93 –\u00a0FINANCIAL DISCOUNTS, INTERESTS OF DEFERED PAYMENT, TAXES OF\u00a0CONSERVATION AND REDUCTIONS OF TAXES AND OTHER TAXES:3.1 –\u00a0The tax applied to the multihooves is 100% superior to the other taxes of this tariff.3.2 –\u00a0To the cash payments in the Local parking, it will be applied the following discounts:\u00a0a) 6 months\u00a0 \u00a0– 2%b) 12 months\u00a0 – 4%3.3 –\u00a0The payments of the permanencies will have to be liquidated until the 8th day of the month in course. After the referred day, the parking tax will be applied added of the interests in force.3.4 –\u00a0Amounts owed that will be settled using the lawyer, are increased by 10% of its total value.<\/p>\n
3.5 – Workmanship:<\/p>\n

3.13\u00a0– The titular of local boats in permanent parking regime, or in waiting list parked in Marina of Funchal, they have to present during the month of January:<\/p>\n
– Documents emitted by the competent official authorities that prove the conditions of navigability of the respective boats;- Documents emitted by competent entity confirming the celebration of insurance contract of liability.3.14 – It cannot be rendered any services to users with debts to this Association.3.15 – 4.01 – Marina of Funchal reserves the right to require its users, the provision of cash collateral, insurance, bank guarantee or other equivalent form, intended to prevent any coercive means and resources to ensure the payment of fees.4 – INFORMATIVE CONCEPTS4.1 – Local BoatLocal boat is considered the whole boat enrolled in the Captaincy of Porto of Funchal or in the MAR (International Register of Ships), since the owner has official and permanent residence in R.A.M.4.2 – Local Maritimo Tur\u00edsticas BoatIs the boat registered in the Captaincy of Porto of Funchal or in the International Ship Register of Madeira with the category of Maritime Tourist (MT) duly authorized by the issuing of that category, provided that the holder has a tax domicile in the R.A.M.4.3 – No Local BoatIt is the one considered that is not framed in the concept of local boat.4.4 – Foreign BoatThe concept of foreign boat is the same of the no local boat concept.4.5 – The non presentation of the documents confirming the dimensions of the boats, it will be collected, for the permanence of the same, the highest value of the step the one that belongs.NOTE: The taxes fastened in this Regulation are subject to V.A.T., of the legal tax in force.<\/p>\n
