Tariff – Marina do Funchal

1 - TAX OF AFLOAT PARKING

1.1 - For the afloat parking of LOCAL boats, in anual parking regime in Marina of Funchal, there are due the following taxes:

c) Boats from 8,01 to 10 meters	147,23 €
d) Boats from 10,01 to 12 meters	169,60 €

f) Boats from 15,01 to 18 meters	202,03 €
g) Boats with + 18,01 meters	263,70 €

1.2 - For the afloat parking of LOCAL boats, in anual regime and - CHARTER BOATS in Marina of Funchal, the following taxes will be applied:

1.3 - For the afloat parking of FOREIGN boats in temporary regime in Marina of Funchal, the following taxes will be applied:

1.4 - For the afloat parking of support Boats to the LOCAL boats, the monthly tax will be applied of:

1.5 - For the daily or monthly permanence of afloat parking of boats with more than 5 meters of Beam, the tax of the LOCAL *and NO LOCAL* boats will be applied, with the increment of 100%.

1.6 - For the afloat parking of LOCAL boats in temporary regime in Marina of Funchal the daily tax will be applied of:

- The payment in delay for a superior period of fifteen days implicates the loss of the inclusion right in the Waiting List as well as the retreat of the boat to the temporary berth witch it occupies.

1.7 - For the afloat parking of boats tituled by OFICIAL ENTITIES, will be applied the tax:

2 – TAXES OF USE OF THE WAIT WARF

The wait wharf is for supplying and control of entrance or exit of the foreign boats (visiting).

When available it can be used for other purposes by the payment of taxes.

2.1 - The use of the Wait Wharf for Maritime Tourist or Commercial boats without place in the Marina of Funchal, for entrance or exit of passengers, they will be charged by each maneuver of docking the following taxes:

a) Boats until 6 meters	3,15 €
b) Boats from 6,01 to 8 meters	5,26 €
c) Boats from 8,01 to 10 meters	9,47 €
d) Boats from 10,01 to 12 meters	15,79 €
e) Boats from 12,01 to 15 meters	26,33 €
f) Boats with more than 15 meters	31,60 €

2.2 - The prices listed in the table will refer to high season: June to October inclusive.

2.3-In the remaining months of low season prices listed in the table are reduced by 30%.

2.4 - Boats not entitled to place in the Marina that use the Pier Wait for incoming or outgoing passengers can choose to:
a) Payment for maneuver of docking performed
b) fixed monthly payment of 20 moves, regardless of the number of maneuvers that may be made, based on high season rates.

2.5 - The support of Whaling Ship Passengers will be charged the rate for the 20 maneuvers regardless of the number of maneuvers of docking based on high season rates.
- Use of Pier Waiting for refueling - Free (the time required for the supply)
- Visit Logistics passage boats (visiting) - Free (maximum 20 minutes)

3 - FINANCIAL DISCOUNTS, INTERESTS OF DEFERED PAYMENT, TAXES OF CONSERVATION AND REDUCTIONS OF TAXES AND OTHER TAXES:

3.1 - The tax applied to the multihooves is 100% superior to the other taxes of this tariff.

3.2 - To the cash payments in the Local parking, it will be applied the following discounts:
a) 6 months - 4%
b) 12 months - 8%

3.3 - The payments of the permanencies will have to be liquidated until the 8th day of the month in course. After the referred day, the parking tax will be applied added of the interests in force.

3.4 - Amounts owed that will be settled using the lawyer, are increased by 10% of its total value.

3.5 - Workmanship:

a) Per Hour

3.6 - Poitas rental - Mooring.
Vessels which do not comply with the provisions of paragraph 4 of Article 34. The MF Association will place the moorings the following rates being applied:
For each bottom lashing

a) Boats until 10 meters	10,14 €
b) Boats from 10,01 up to 12 meters	12,67 €
c) Boats with + 12 meters	15,21 €

3.7 - Fees relating to supply services:

a) Water

2,00 €

b) Fuel

3,00 €

c) Holders of berths in the marina of Funchal are exempt from these fees;

3.8 - The titular of local boats in permanent parking regime, or in waiting list parked in Marina of Funchal, they have to present during the month of January:
- Documents emitted by the competent official authorities that prove the conditions of navigability of the respective boats;
- Documents emitted by competent entity confirming the celebration of insurance contract of liability.

3.9 - It cannot be rendered any services to users with debts to this Association.

4.0 - Marina of Funchal reserves the right to require its users, the provision of cash collateral, insurance, bank guarantee or other equivalent form, intended to prevent any coercive means and resources to ensure the payment of fees.

4 - INFORMATIVE CONCEPTS

4.1 - Local Boat

Local boat is considered the whole boat enrolled in the Captaincy of Porto of Funchal or in the MAR (International Register of Ships), since the owner has official and permanent residence in R.A.M.

4.2 - No Local Boat

It is the one considered that is not framed in the concept of local boat.

4.3 - Foreign Boat

The concept of foreign boat is the same of the no local boat concept.

4.4 - The non presentation of the documents confirming the dimensions of the boats, it will be collected, for the permanence of the same, the highest value of the step the one that belongs.

NOTE: The taxes fastened in this Regulation are subject to V.A.T., of the legal tax in force.
